Anhui Ningguo Cement Plant expands capacity by 100,000 yuan annually

As of November 14th, the capacity expansion of the capacitor of the 6kvI section of the 110kv total step-down transformer substation of Ningguo Cement Plant achieved remarkable results. The 6kvI power factor after capacity expansion is maintained above 0.96, and the capacitor operation is stable. It not only saves electricity, reduces losses, but also increases the economic efficiency of the factory. It can save more than 100,000 yuan for the factory each year.

Since the plant's 110kv total step-down transformer substation has been put into production after the second-generation dry heat of the dry process, its power supply has been reduced, resulting in a low average power factor, which can no longer meet the actual requirements of the power factor of the plant, and constrains the power sector to the plant. The power factor returns space for electricity bills. To this end, the plant after investigation and verification and approved by the plant, according to the actual situation, decided to 6KvII paragraph 632 capacitor compensation through a reasonable way to transfer to the 6kvI section, thereby increasing the 6kvI section of the power factor to ensure the factory Technical requirements of the power grid.

The plant's 110kv total step-down substation 6kvI capacitor capacity increase was implemented in mid-October of this year. Technical personnel re-layed a 6kv power cable to dismantle and assemble the components of the 6kv high-voltage power distribution cabinet and successfully transferred the compensation capacitance of the 6kvI 632 capacitor bank to the 6kvI through the 621 switchgear cabinet without power failure. On the bus segment, technical reforms were completed and put into operation in mid-October.

Judging from the actual results so far, the capacity increase of the 110kv total buck substation of the plant has not only effectively improved the power factor of the 6kvI stage, but also ensured the maximization of factory power factor return charge and reduced the loss of supporting spare parts. The successful implementation of this technical reform can save more than 100,000 yuan per year for the factory.
