What are the ways to prevent loose screws during work?

However, under the action of shock, vibration or variable load, and when the operating temperature does not change much, the connection may be loose, affecting work and even accidents. 1. The size of the specification should be selected. A slightly larger or smaller screw may be used barely at the moment, but it will loosen or lock up after a long time.

2. Special engineering plastics are processed on the screw to make the screw nut in the locking process, because the engineering plastic is squeezed to produce strong friction torque and reaction force, resulting in full tooth contact, providing absolute vibration The resistance makes the general screw become a permanent strong anti-loose screw, completely solving the loose connection between the screw and the screw.

3. Anti-loose method to increase friction. This type of anti-loose method is such that the tightened threads do not lose pressure due to changes in external loads, so there is always frictional resistance to prevent loosening of the connection. The anti-loose method for increasing the friction is to install a spring washer and use a double nut.

4. Mechanical anti-loose. This type of anti-loose method utilizes various stop parts to prevent relative rotation of the threads and parts to achieve anti-looseness. Mechanical anti-loose is more reliable, so it is used more. Common mechanical anti-loosening measures include split pin and slot nut, retaining washer and round nut, retaining washer and nut, and Shenlian wire.
