1. Open the cooling water valve before starting the machine heating to see if the water channel is clear.
2. Close the power switch on the side of the control box, turn on the power inside the machine, and press the motor start button on the panel to start the pump motor.
3. For machines that are used for the first time and that have not been used for a long time, after the pump is started, it is necessary to perform a few minutes of empty running before starting the operation.
4. Turn on the barrel heating switch, turn on the electric heating power, adjust the thermostat and temperature controller on the box door, set the temperature, and observe the current of the ammeter to determine the quality of the electric heating coil.
5. The test run should be carried out manually, semi-automatically → fully automatic. At the same time, check whether the important fastening bolts are loose. If abnormality is found, stop immediately. After confirming normal or troubleshooting, perform a test run.
6. When the processing is stopped or the material is refueled, the barrel cleaning should be carried out. The cleaning work should be carried out under the condition that the barrel is heated. When the cleaning is finished, the heating switch is turned off immediately. The cleaning work is especially important for processing plastics that are easily decomposed.

1. When using the machine, you must pay attention to the safety of the operation. First check the reliability of the safety door. 3. The pressure regulation of the hydraulic system should be carried out according to the requirements of each action. The position of each limit switch should also be adjusted according to the requirements of the finished product. In particular, the adjustment of the switching point during injection to the pressure holding process must be paid attention to, otherwise the product will be insufficiently filled, and vice versa, the product will be produced too high. 4. When there is no material in the screw or barrel, it is not advisable to use a high screw speed (preferably below 30 rpm). When the material is filled with the screw groove (the melt is extruded from the nozzle), the screw speed is increased. To the required value. 5. It takes approximately 30 minutes for the barrel to heat from room temperature to the desired temperature. 6. The oil pump safety valve in the machine has been adjusted at the factory, please do not move it at will.
7. The machine starts to run. When the temperature of the cooling water rises by 5C°-10C° (when there is no water in the cooler, it must be filled first), then gradually open the inlet valve of the cooler and adjust it during use. The water intake is such that the oil temperature is kept below 55 °C. When starting the cooler, remember to open the inlet valve quickly. 9. The connecting screw part of the heating and plasticizing part such as the barrel and the screw is used for working at high temperature. When disassembling, the threaded part should be coated with heat-resistant grease (red or copper disulfide) to avoid biting* and can not be disassembled. .
10. The mold mounting surface of the template has high processing accuracy. Please do not use the mold with poor mounting surface and poor parallelism and poor screws to avoid damage to the template and the clamping mechanism.
11. Please do not install the two planes for a long time (more than ten minutes) to make the mold in the mold clamping state, so as to avoid the oil loss of the connecting rod pin and the steel sleeve, which may make the mold not open.
12. Always keep moving and keep the surface clean.
13. At the end of each process:
1 Close the hopper blanking plate and adopt the “manual” operation mode. The injection seat is retracted and the pre-plastic feeding and injection are repeated to drain the remaining material in the barrel as much as possible.
2 The “manual” operation mode is adopted, and the closing mold is in a free state.
3 Turn off the heating power and turn off the pump motor, total power and cooling water.
4 Clean and maintain the machine.
14. Recognize the brand name of each switch during operation, and do not operate it incorrectly to avoid damage to the machine.
15. When the electric heating coil is in use, the coil heats up and may loosen. Please pay attention to frequent inspection during use and tighten at any time.
16. The probe of the thermocouple should ensure good contact with the temperature measuring hole end of the barrel. Check before driving. If it is found to be in poor contact, tighten it at any time.
