When using a vertical milling machine to process some long rectangular stencils, it is not difficult to machine the flat sheets with a disc milling cutter, but it is more difficult to machine the two ends of the stencil. If the stencil is processed vertically, a verticality is not easy to guarantee. It may be that the template is too long to be erected, so that the milling cutter needs to be removed first and then replaced with an end mill. Frequent tool changes like this are common for mold milling processes with a large variety and a small number. For this reason, we have designed end mill chucks.
