Affected by continuous flooding, since July this year, there have been 51 58.9 km embankment seepage in 3 cities and states in Baiyin, Lanzhou and Linxia, ​​and 229 pump houses, canals, water plants and other water conservancy facilities have been damaged. The initial estimated economic loss is 370 million yuan. . The meteorological department predicts that due to the large amount of precipitation in the previous period, the soil water storage is saturated, and flooding may occur during the first rain. In addition, the dike immersion time is long, the safety hazards increase, and the probability of danger is large. The flood control situation in the Gansu section of the Yellow River is still grim.

It is expected that in the next three days, there will be a significant precipitation process in the east of Zhangye, Gansu. There are moderate to heavy rains in southeastern Gansu, southwestern Dingnan, Weinan, Tianshui, Pingliang and Qingyang. There are heavy rains in some places, and the maximum rainfall can reach more than 100 mm.

It is understood that this heavy precipitation process mainly occurred during the day to night on the 31st. After the end of the precipitation, Gansu will turn into a sunny weather, which is conducive to the prevention and control of potato late blight.
