Application scope:

This standard is applicable to shock absorbers of motorcycles and light motorcycles composed of shock absorbing springs, dampers and connecting parts. Non-hydraulic dampers and shock absorbers can also be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions.

Shock absorber spring permanent deformation test method:

1. Permanent Deformation The spring is compressed three times with the test load and the free height variation after the second and third compressions is measured. When the test load is greater than the compressive load, the compressive load is considered as the test load.

2. Spring characteristic The measurement of the spring characteristic is carried out on an elasticity testing machine whose accuracy is not less than ±1%, and the young child's load or stiffness is specified according to the drawing. When measuring the load under a specified deformation, the preload is determined by both the supplier and the buyer. The spring characteristic is measured after the spring is preloaded once. The preload height is the height corresponding to the test load or the pressure and pressure are high, and the combined load is maximum. The value must not exceed 1.5 times the theoretical pressure and load.

Damping spring fatigue requirements:

After the shock-absorbing spring has been continuously tested for 2*10^5 times with the working stroke, there shall be no crack or fracture, and its permanent deformation shall not be greater than 2% of the free height before the test.

Shock absorber durability:

1, vertical vibration:

A. There shall be no abnormal sound in the test. After the test of 1*10^6, the parts shall not be damaged, deformed or worn;

B. There is no oil leakage phenomenon. There should be no visible oil layer on the surface of the work area.

C, resistance decay rate should not exceed 30%.

2, drum vibration:

A. There shall be no abnormal sound during the test. After the test of 6*10^5, the parts shall not be damaged, deformed or worn;

Shock absorber strength:

1. The structural strength of the shock absorber should meet the requirements of drawings and technical documents;

2, riveting, demolition sealing, screw connection, welding and other parts, in the drawing nuclear technology documents specified tensile, compressive load, there should be no damage, fracture.
