I. 2. Overview of the whole CNC machining of the ternary impeller, the current stage is established on the base of the linear element, that is, the uniformly distributed blade on the impeller is processed, and the blade and impeller on the free surface (Fig. 1) are compared. Thus, the selected programming target surface area is relatively small, and it is easier to manipulate the tool position under the condition of selecting the largest tool. 3. Leaf type finishing In the leaf type finishing, from the two aspects of processing power and drawing demand accuracy, if the leaf type is very fierce, it can be processed differently for the back arc surface and the inner arc surface of the blade. It can be processed by the Tilt method with the groove of the front flow channel. The tool only needs to adjust the viewpoint between the tool position vector and the curved surface to ensure that the tool and the inner arc surface and the individual (back arc surface) are not dry. In this case, using the Interp method to process, the tool position vector of 4 corner points can be selected accurately and accurately, and the leaf type finishing can be completed smoothly.
4. CNC machines with different post-treatments often use different instruction methods. The difference between them can be very large. Camand is a general-purpose software package. The NC program written with it has universality and can be used on any machine tool. In the NC programming, the pre-disposal and the post-disposal are separated. The above-mentioned all are pre-disposal, firstly the tool coordinate data conversion and swing angle accounting, etc. On this basis, the Camand post-disposal procedure for the machine tool is drawn.
