Multifunctional pump control valve technical requirements introduction
This standard applies to the nominal pressure PN1.0MPa-PN4.0MPa, nominal diameter of DN50mm-DN1200mm multi-function pump control valve. The standard technical requirements are introduced as follows: 1. Pressure - temperature level Multi-function pump control valve pressure - temperature rating by the shell, inner parts and control pipe system material pressure - temperature level to determine. Valve Body Flange Flange and the valve should be cast as a whole. Iron flange type and size should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T17241.6, the technical conditions should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T17241.7; steel flange type and size should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T9113.1, the technical conditions Should comply with the provisions of GB / T9124. 3 valve cover diaphragm seat and diaphragm seat, diaphragm seat and valve body connection type should be flanged. Diaphragm seat and the valve body to connect the number of bolts shall not be less than four. Valve cover and diaphragm seat minimum wall thickness by 2.3 requirements. Material Selection of the main components of the material should be JB / T5300 requirements. Copper alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of GB / T12225; gray cast iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB / T12226, the tensile strength of not less than 200MPa; ductile iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB / T12227; carbon steel castings shall comply with GB / T12229 provisions; austenitic steel castings should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T12230. Steel multi-function pump control valve casting appearance quality should be consistent with the provisions of JB / T7927, iron multi-function pump control valve casting appearance quality reference JB / T7927's. 8. Housing strength Multifunctional pump control valve shell strength should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T13927. 9. Sealing performance Multifunctional pump control valve sealing performance should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T13927. 10. Cleanliness Multipurpose pump control valve cleanliness should be consistent with the provisions of JB / T7748. 11. Painting When applied to drinking water, multi-functional pump control valve cavity coating material safety should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T17219. Painting the outer surface is not specified, special requirements specified in the order contract.
