The rolling head differs depending on the type of the sealing machine. The machining accuracy, in particular the shape and position tolerance, is very high. Poor processing accuracy will affect the quality of the seal, and it will also affect the service life of the parts such as the roller that is associated with it. Long-term work will affect the accuracy of the sealer itself.
In the long-term production practice and work of our company, we have come up with a set of suitable machining and heat treatment processes for the sealing head of the sealing machine:
