2. In the noise of hydraulic system, fluid noise accounts for a considerable proportion.

1 This kind of noise is caused by the flow rate of oil, sudden changes in pressure, periodic changes in flow rate, and oil traps and cavitation of the pump.

2 Taking the hydraulic pump as an example, during the oil suction and pressure oil circulation of the hydraulic pump, periodic pressure and flow changes are generated to form a pressure pulsation, which causes hydraulic vibration and propagates to the entire hydraulic system through the oil outlet.

3 The pipeline and valve components of the hydraulic circuit reflect the hydraulic pulsation products, generate fluctuations in the circuit, resonate with the pump, and generate noise.

The open hydraulic system incorporates approximately 5% air. When the pressure in the system is lower than the air separation pressure, the gas in the oil is rapidly separated in large quantities to form bubbles, which are crushed when subjected to high pressure, resulting in a strong hydraulic shock.

5 When designing the hydraulic pump, the gear module of the gear pump should take a small value, the gear should be taken as the maximum number, and the shape and size of the unloading groove should be reasonable to reduce the hydraulic impact;

6 The number of plungers of the plunger pump should be scientific and reasonable, and the triangular groove should be opened symmetrically on the suction and pressure oil distribution plates to prevent the plunger pump from trapping oil;

7 In order to prevent air from entering, the suction port of the pump should be large enough, and should be below a certain depth below the liquid level of the tank to prevent the air from being sucked in after the oil level is lowered. To reduce the hydraulic shock, the valve closing time can be extended.
