Tower maintenance

7. Check whether the wire rope clamps and clamps are loose, and tighten them in time.

The scrapping of wire ropes, reels, pulleys, hooks, etc. shall strictly comply with the provisions of GB5144 and GB5972. 8. Check the rods of various metal components, whether there are cracks in the webs and welds, especially pay attention to the places and parts where the paint peels off. Especially the stripe stripe with 45° peeling is the most dangerous. It is necessary to quickly find out the cause and deal with it promptly. .

9. The connecting bolts and nuts in all parts of the tower (including the connection between the basic section and the underframe), and the pin shafts with diameters larger than Φ20 are special special parts. Under any circumstances, it is absolutely not allowed to be substituted, but the tower body is installed. Each bolt must be tightened with two nuts.

10. The performance level of the standard bolt is 10.9, and the performance level of the nut is 10 (double nut anti-loose). The top surface of the bolt head and the top surface of the nut head must have the performance grade mark, otherwise they will not be used.

11. After using one project for the whole machine and metal mechanism, it should be derusted and sprayed once.

12. Check whether the automatic multiplying device of the spreader and the anti-ropping device of the hook are safe and reliable.

13. Observe whether the electrical contacts are oxidized or burnt. If there is contact failure, repair or replace it.

14. All limit switches and buttons must not malfunction. If parts are rusted or damaged, they should be replaced in time.

15. The insulation of each electrical switch and switch board must be good, and its insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5MΩ.

16. Check whether the fastening bolts of each electrical component are loose, whether the cable and other wires are broken, and if so, should be removed in time.

Common malfunctions

1. The brake slips to produce the hook sliding and the variable amplitude car brakes and then slips out.
