For explosion-proof dust explosion, first eliminate the ignition source generated by the oil powder spraying equipment, and control the dust concentration and dust scattering. Specific measures are as follows:
1. Due to the use of high voltage electricity on the electrostatic coating equipment, the insulation of the spray gun and cable needs to be checked regularly;
2. In spraying, the spray gun should not be too close, nor can it touch the grounded conductor.
3. The paint spraying room, air duct, recycling device, transportation chain, hanger, coated object and other technical machinery and equipment must be well grounded;
4. The objects to be painted, hanging utensils, etc. should not fall in the spray booth;
5. The coating film attached to the transportation chain and the hanger should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the coated object is well grounded;
6. The paint workers wear conductive writing and wear dust-removing masks;
7. In hazardous locations, electrical components and equipment should comply with the electrical regulations in the area. Electrical appliances, switch boxes, etc. should be of dust-removing type, and powder should not enter.
