Increase the smoothing process. It is well known that cement requires more than 20% of the weight of cement in hydration. After the cement is hardened, excess water will remain in the cement to form blisters or evaporate to form pores. However, the blisters and pores are essentially different from the bubbles produced by the blowing agent, which make the foam concrete loose and the strength is reduced. At the same time, the penetrating blister and pores can reduce the thermal insulation function of the foam concrete. In this regard, process improvements can be made from the following two aspects. First, when making foam concrete, the excess water is strictly controlled to maintain a certain consistency of the foam concrete. In order to maintain a certain consistency of the foam concrete, the consistency of the cement slurry should first be adjusted in a certain proportion, and secondly, the foam should be kept dry during the foaming of the foam concrete, that is, the water is less. Second, after the foam concrete is stacked on the homework surface, it can be smoothed first and then leveled naturally.

Through the above measures, the problem of loose surface and bottom sedimentation of the foam concrete surface can be effectively solved.

Change the pumping form. When pouring the floor heating insulation layer, you can use small equipment to stir and pour directly on the homework surface. This method is especially suitable for the insulation of smaller roof systems. When making roof insulation, you can find the right slope directly on the roof to facilitate drainage and low pressure pumping. During the low-pressure pumping process, the pump is automatically pressure-regulated so that the pumping height is always adapted to the working pressure, and the foam concrete is slowly and smoothly conveyed to the homework surface.

Through the above measures, the amount of broken bubbles can be effectively reduced, and the amount of excess water can be reduced.

Choose a foaming agent with excellent performance. The pros and cons of foaming agent have great influence on the quality of foam concrete. The excellent foaming agent has a large amount of foaming, high foaming strength and is not easy to be broken, so the consistency of the foamed concrete is also easy to control; the inferior foaming agent has less foaming amount, the foaming strength is low, and the quality is difficult to control (currently appeared in China) A high-efficiency foaming agent which has many bubbles and high strength, and can be kept broken for a week during the foam standing process).
