The bearing oil chamber mostly adopts the shallow cavity layout; after the spindle is started; the dynamic pressure bearing capacity and static pressure bearing capacity formed by the shallow cavity step effect superimpose, greatly improving the spindle bearing capacity. The multi-cavity opposing layout greatly increases the spindle stiffness, the homogenization effect of the high-pressure oil film and the outstanding anti-vibration function, ensuring the spindle has high rotation precision and smooth operation. Currently, the old fine grinding equipment is being modified. 1. The MB41632 external grinding machine is used to grind the valve surface of the valve after high temperature surfacing with the MB1632 cylindrical grinding machine; the machining allowance is uneven due to the surfacing layer; the appearance of the grinding machine is often caused; the production and repair are difficult. The YWMIB1632 spindle unit product has been proved to be used to transform the MB1632 spindle bearing. The outer diameter of the spindle unit and the original machine tool wheel spindle hole are selected to cooperate with each other (0.008mm~0.012mm); the flange of the front part of the spindle unit passes through 3 The M10 bolt is connected with the original hole of the box; the output shaft cooperates with the original bed wheel hole. The pressure oil passes through the inlet pipe and enters the front and rear bearings of the spindle unit; and there are two pressure gauges to distinguish the front and rear bearing oil. Cavity pressure; to supervise the working condition of the front and rear bearings. The pressure oil passes through the main shaft unit body; the tank returns to the oil tank through the return oil pipe. After the transformation, the problem is solved and the work efficiency is improved.
2. The application of the M1431 all-round cylindrical grinding machine is to improve the precision of the M1431 all-round cylindrical grinding wheel spindle and the internal grinding tool spindle; the internal and external circular spindles are transformed together. The transformation process is as follows:
(1) Remove the outer grinding spindle,
(2) Install the outer cylindrical grinding spindle assembly equipped with WMB type dynamic pressure bearing. Replace the original pulley pulley structure at the rear end. Connect the high pressure oil pipe and the return oil pipe.
(3) Remove the inner grinding tool from the holder,
(4) Install the inner grinding tool equipped with WMB type dynamic pressure bearing. Connect the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe; install the manufactured pulley,
(5) Install the oil supply equipment; connect the power line,
(6) clear the fuel tank; oil injection,
(7) Commissioning; after load test; after the transformation, the internal and external circle machining accuracy of the grinding machine was improved, and the work efficiency was improved.
