Micro-computer tensile testing machine XLW (B), suitable for tensile strength, peel strength, deformation rate, pull of plastic film, composite film, adhesive, adhesive tape, medical patch, protective film, rubber, artificial leather, paper fiber, etc. Performance tests such as breaking force, peeling force, and opening force. XLW (B) has two independent test procedures for stretching and peeling to meet different test requirements of users; the accuracy of level 1 test effectively guarantees the accuracy of test results, and the maximum value of test data is given for each test. Minimum, and average, and provide a group statistical analysis function. Concerned about surprises Previous: Why is the fastener locked? Micro-computer tensile testing machine, also known as microcomputer tension machine, digital display tensile machine, digital display intelligent electronic tensile machine, intelligent electronic tensile testing machine, single-arm vertical tensile machine, material tensile tester. The following Saicheng instruments introduce the four main test items of the intelligent electronic tension machine XLW-B:
1. Material tensile properties
The tensile properties of plastics include tests of tensile strength, tensile fracture stress, tensile yield stress, and elongation at break.
GB/T1040-1992 "Test method for tensile properties of plastics" is generally applicable to thermoplastic and thermosetting materials, including filled and fiber reinforced plastic materials and plastic products. Suitable for materials with a thickness greater than 1mm.
GB/T13022-1991 "Test method for tensile properties of plastic film" is equivalent to the international standard ISO1184-1983 "Determination of tensile properties of plastic film". It is suitable for plastic film and sheet with thickness less than 1mm. This method is not suitable for tensile test of reinforced film, microporous sheet and microporous film.
The above two standards respectively specify several samples of different shapes, and the stretching speed, which can be selected according to different product conditions. For materials with large elongation, it is not advisable to use too wide specimens; hard materials and semi-rigid materials can be selected for lower tensile tests, soft materials for higher tensile tests, etc. .
2. Right angle tear performance
Tear properties are generally used to assess the tear resistance of plastic films and sheets and other similar plastic materials.
QB/T1130-1991 "Test method for plastic right angle tearing" is applicable to films, sheets and other similar plastic materials. The test method is to cut the sample into a sample with a 900 right angle port, and clamp the sample on the clamp of the tensile tester. The force of the sample is perpendicular to the direction of the sample. The stretching was carried out at a certain speed, and the test result was the maximum force value during the tearing process as a right angle tearing load. If the sample is too thin, multiple pieces of the sample may be stacked for testing. However, the results of the monolithic and laminated samples are not comparable. The laminated sample is not suitable for foam sheets.
3. Bag sealing heat sealing strength
In the test, the two ends of the strip sample are clamped on the two clamps of the tensile test, and the maximum force value of the seal portion of the sample is broken, which is the force value of the heat sealing. The result must be used for the sample of unit length. The force value is expressed as the heat sealing strength. The force used is expressed in N/m.
4. Interlayer peeling force
The composite film is a composite of different single films by dry double or co-extrusion, and the composite good ring directly affects the strength, barrier property and future service life of the composite film. Therefore, it is important to test the peeling force of the composite layer before selecting the packaging material.
GB/T8808-1988 "Soft Composite Plastic Material Peel Test Method" is to clamp the two ends of the pre-separation layer of the film to be tested which is peeled off in advance to the tensile tester to test the force required to peel off the layers of the material.
