New catalyst industrial application succeeded

Starting from analysing the nature of raw materials, the project team has boldly broken through the preparation methods of traditional supported hydrogenation catalysts by analyzing the nature of raw materials, completed laboratory development, amplification, and industrial production of catalysts, and has been using industrial applications in Lanzhou Petrochemical. to date.

At the end of 2010, Shanghai Petrochemical learned that the catalyst was used for technical exchanges with the Petrochemical Institute after the application of the Lanzhou Petrochemical industrial device. The Lanzhou Center of Petrochemical Institute completed the catalyst production task for the nature of carbon tetra-carbon and carbon five mixed raw materials of Shanghai Petrochemical, the requirements for hydrogenation products, and the technological conditions of the equipment. The LY-2005 catalyst produced by them fully meets the requirements of the Shanghai Petrochemical industrial production equipment and opens up new space for the use of catalysts for the blending of carbon tetra and carbon five hydrogens.
