Six initiatives of the Ministry of Land and Resources of Inner Mongolia strengthen the management of mineral resources conservation and intensive management

The Ministry of Land and Resources of Inner Mongolia recently formulated six measures to intensify the management of mineral resource conservation and intensive management. First, strict implementation of the overall planning of mineral resources at all levels of the autonomous region, and the exploration and development of mineral resources are strictly implemented in accordance with the plan. The second is to establish and improve the dynamic monitoring of mine reserves and reserve annual reporting system. Third, under the unified leadership of local governments, joint law enforcement mechanisms will be implemented to improve the annual inspection system, and to promote the supervision and management of exploration and development of mineral resources, and to carry out key mine liaison personnel systems. The fourth is to comprehensively carry out mine geological environmental protection and restoration work, and carry out restoration and management work while mining. The fifth is the combination of centralized rectification and dynamic inspection of mineral resources, cracking down on illegal activities and reducing the number of illegal cases year by year. Sixth, strict implementation of the relevant documents issued by the seven ministries and commissions and the restoration of mine land in accordance with relevant plans.
