Automatic hydration function is provided to automatically replenish the system. The electrical control has manual/automatic/semi-automatic/holiday cycle four-mode to meet the needs of different working conditions. During the factory break and holidays, in order to prevent the cutting fluid from standing still for a long time, the system adds a recirculation pump. After the system stops running, the holiday cycle mode is selected on the control panel. The system automatically starts the recirculation pump to keep the cutting fluid flowing. Effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, greatly extend the service life of cutting fluid, and achieve cost savings.

The concentrated liquid filtration system concentrates the liquid in the production workshop for centralized liquid supply and centralized treatment. It can concentrate the filtration, degreasing, aeration and sterilization of the coolant, and realize the control of its concentration, pH value and colony number. Ensure that the coolant does not deteriorate and prolong the service life of the coolant.
