Hazard of bolt loosening in a variant transporter

After the tractor's variant transporter collided with the right front wheel and the big tree in one driving, the front wheel swayed.

When the vehicle speed is increased to 35km/h, the front wheel is violently swayed, and the head is reduced after the vehicle speed is reduced. It is suspected that the steering transmission mechanism was damaged. No problems were found in the inspection. The horizontal and straight rods were replaced and the front axle and the front leaf spring were detected. Finally, when the front beam was inspected, the shape of the right front wheel was found to be abnormal, and the right front wheel was further inspected. The original steel ring was twisted and deformed after being hit. Troubleshoot after replacing the right front wheel rim.

In the driving, the first foot brake is effective, and the second foot braking is weak, and the test is repeated several times.

When the wheel brake was inspected, no problem was found. Later, when the brake pipe was inspected, it was found that the connection hose from the liquid storage chamber to the master cylinder was too long and bent, and the brake fluid flow cross-sectional area was reduced.

Before the first foot brake is applied, the brake system is filled with brake fluid, and the brake is effective. When the second foot brake is applied, the brake fluid is blocked at the turning point, and the brake is weak. Remove the connecting hose and cut it off for troubleshooting.

When the vehicle is turned to the right during driving, the right front wheel is worn. When the steering wheel is in place, the M24 nut of the right front leaf spring U-bolt is loose, and the front axle and the right front wheel can slide back and forth with respect to the front leaf spring and the frame. Troubleshoot after tightening the U-bolt.

It is used in organic chemistry as an oxidizing agent, for instance in the Elbs persulfate oxidation of phenols.

As a strong bleaching agent, it is used in hair dye substances as whitening agent with hydrogen peroxide.

It is a Food Additive.

3. sodium persulfate
(1) Used in cleaning and picking of metal surface.
(2) Used in accelerated curing of low formaldehyde adhesives.
(3) Used in modification of starch , production of binders and coating materials.
(4) Desizing agent and bleach activer.
(5) An essential component of bleaching formulations for hair cosmetics.
