The meeting was chaired by Chen Haida, secretary-general of the Health and Safety Protection Products Committee.

The first item of the meeting is to review and report on the “Investigation Report on the Current Situation of the Labor Protection Supplies Market” (hereinafter referred to as “investigation report”). The “survey report” of labor insurance products market was implemented by the Safety and Health Protective Products Committee under the direct care of the leaders of the China Textile Commerce Association according to the requirements of relevant leaders of the Ministry of Commerce. From March this year, questionnaires, symposiums, and visits were adopted. Three survey forms, including related companies, lasted six months. The wide range of investigations, the number of survey companies, and the intensity of investigations are the most comprehensive ones in recent years. The “reports report” gave a comprehensive overview of the concept and history of labor protection supplies; it also reflected the current status of the upward trend in industrial accidents and occupational diseases in China; integrated the basic conditions and problems reflected in market surveys; and proposed strengthening labor protection. Market management and development advice and advice. The committee members held a lively discussion around the “investigation report” and agreed that the “investigation report” was very good and basically reflected the current status of the labor supply market. It was hoped that the “investigation report” would cause the relevant government departments to attach importance to the circulation of labor protection products. The order of the field was further rectified and standardized. During the discussion, the committee members put forward a lot of insights on strengthening industry self-discipline, standardizing the circulation order, and developing the labor protection products industry. For example, it is recommended that the association should compile product information on the production of special labor protection products, establish an expert bank for labor protection products industry, and strengthen industry expertise. Training, exchange of experience in areas that have done a better job in regulating the circulation market, etc. Through discussion, the participating members unanimously believed that only by strengthening the management and standardization of labor insurance products market, our labor insurance products industry will have greater development and progress.

The second agenda item of the meeting was to consider the "advice on supplementing the adjustment of the members of the Health and Safety Protective Products Committee and recommending candidates for the vice president of the China Textile Commerce Association." The proposed report pointed out that in 2004, the Fifth Safety and Protective Products Committee approved by the China Textile Commerce Association had a total of 22 members, among which the Tianjin Dahuake Industry and Trade Footwear Group was delisted in 2005 due to the reasons for the failure of the company. In 2006, four provinces and municipalities such as Shanghai, Fujian, Hunan, and Guangdong used labor insurance associations (special committees) to replace the original provincial and municipal companies as the committee members due to the restructuring of the original enterprises. In recent years, with the development of the industry, the total number of member companies has greatly increased, and the composition of member companies has also undergone major changes. In particular, a number of production-oriented enterprises and foreign-funded (Hong Kong and Taiwan) companies have increased their labor protection products. In order to adapt to the development and changes of member companies, according to the requirements of the China Textile and Business Association in 2008 to re-election, it is proposed to add 10 members to the committee, and to add 3 circulation companies and 7 industrial production enterprises, including 1 Hong Kong-owned enterprises. In the proposed report, one member unit should be adjusted, because after the restructuring, the original provincial company’s industry management function was not assumed. The Supplementary and Adjusted Safety and Health Protection Products Committee consists of 31 members, including 14 circulation companies, accounting for 45% of the total; 10 industrial production companies, accounting for 32% of the total; and 2 foreign-funded (Hong Kong and Taiwan) companies. It accounts for 7% of the total; there are 5 local associations, accounting for 16% of the total. The recommendation of the report recommends that a deputy chairman of the Safety and Health Protection Products Committee be the candidate for the vice president of the China Textile and Business Association. The participating members adopted the supplementary adjustment and recommendation program by way of applause, and will make an official report to the China Textile Commerce Association and be formally announced after approval.

The third item of the meeting's agenda is for the Secretariat to report to the meeting on the development of new members and the list of companies to be retired. The report pointed out that the sixth meeting of the fifth session in Shanghai in May 2007 reviewed the application for membership of 15 new members. Since the meeting ended on October 15, 2007, the secretariat of the Committee has received applications for the joining of 22 companies in succession. According to the authorization, the secretariat has already gone through the admission procedures for the applicants. At the same time, the report proposes that the 18 member companies that have not paid their dues for no reason for more than two years, have not yet paid due to multiple contacts, and have ceased operations or enterprise closures and have individually applied for withdrawal will be retired. The meeting unanimously agreed to apply for new members and plans to withdraw the list of member companies.

The fourth session of the meeting is the Secretariat's report "On the Provision of Concessions for the Association Member Companies to Participate in the Fair (Provisional)". The regulations clearly stipulate that in order to support and encourage member companies to actively participate in the exhibition trade of the China International Labor Protection Products Fair, according to the purpose of serving the member companies, the Security Health Protection Products Committee and China Textile A&P (Beijing) Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd. negotiate with each other. Starting from the 76th China International Labor Protective Products Fair held in Shanghai in May 2008, preferential measures were implemented for members of the China National Association of Textile Products Safety & Health Protection Products, that is, member companies participated in the exhibition, and the prices of their booths could enjoy the stipulated price. 5% discount. The introduction of this preferential policy embodies the difference between member companies and non-member companies, and reflects the right of the member associations to participate in the activities organized by the Association.

At the end of the meeting, Peng Guifu, executive vice president and secretary-general of China Textile Commerce Association, addressed the meeting. In his speech, he pointed out that the “Investigation Report on the Current Situation of the Labor Protection Products Market” discussed at today’s meeting, the China Textile Commerce Association held an expanded meeting of the president’s office to discuss, and President Li Jianhua requested that the main contents of the investigation report be made A formal report, with related content as an annex, makes an official report to the Ministry of Commerce. The "investigation report" special committee did a lot of work and reflected the current situation of the labor insurance products industry. Today's approved members of the committee will formally report to the China Textile Commerce Association. The association will have a change of office next year. It will soon enter the preparatory work for the change. There are two requirements for everyone: First, those who are notified should actively participate in the change. The member representative assembly, the second in the process of changing the association will solicit the views of the industry, I hope everyone actively cooperate. The preferential policies for member companies participating in the exhibition reflect the fundamental purpose of the service members of the association. This not only enables the member companies to receive preferential treatment, but also attracts more companies to join the conference and expands the industry team. The China Textile Commerce Association is conducting a pilot work on the evaluation of corporate credit ratings. There are 12 companies participating in the labor insurance products industry, and more companies are welcome to participate.
