Because the color of architectural paint is bright, it is mostly used in home decoration. The demand for paint becomes more, and those fake and shoddy products follow the listing. How many consumers are cheated and how many diseases come from the paint! For the family's health, the paint must be good, and professional inspections are indispensable! Chemical Industry Mass Flow Meter
Sealand is a professional supplier of Chemical Mass Flow Meter, Chemical Mass Flowmeter, Chemical Flowmeter, Chemical Flow Meter, Chemical Coriolis Meter, ATEX, IECEx & CE approved.
The meter can work with a pulse receiver(Count). The connection is as follows. The
resistance value is up to the cable length & the max. input pulse frequency of receiver.
Current 10mA is suitable for most receivers; however, you can reduce the resistance value
when the cable is long. The max. current could be 50mA. Please use the fixed frequency
output function to check if the cable length & resistance value is suitable.
Please check following items before operation, and operate according to relevant rules.
a) If the meter is damaged during shipment and installation;
d) If the meter is grounded properly.

How to detect commonly used architectural coating technical indicators 1, the purpose of water resistance is to test the film's resistance to water, that is, under the specified conditions, the maintenance of the paint film test board (paint film on the asbestos board) soaked in distilled water, Two-thirds of the film is in water, and one-third is above the surface of the water. After immersing for 96 hours, the surface of the paint film is observed for whitening, loss of light, blistering, and shedding.
2. The purpose of alkali resistance is to test the resistance of the coating to alkaline substances, that is, under the specified conditions, the cured paint film test board (the paint film is made on the asbestos board) is immersed in a certain concentration of lye, 2/3 of the film is in water, 1/3 is above the surface of the water, and after soaking it for 48 hours, it is observed whether the paint film has whiteness, loss of light, blistering, shedding, etc.
3. The purpose of the contrast ratio is to test the coating ability of the coating on the substrate, that is, under the specified conditions, the cured test film (paint film is made on black and white paper) is tested by the reflectance meter for different reflectivity on black and white paper. That is, Rb and Rw, the contrast ratio = Rb/Rw.
4. The purpose of stain resistance is to test the ability of the coating to resist atmospheric dust, that is, to test the reflectance value A of the cured paint film sample (paint film on asbestos) under the specified conditions, and then paint the paint film. Apply 0.7g of fly ash to the surface, dry it, and then use the specified laboratory equipment to wash the paint film. Repeat the test five times similarly and test the reflectance value B of the paint film again. The dirt resistance of the paint film is X=(AB )/A
5, anti-aging (1) natural aging: the film exposed to outdoor natural conditions and gradually change in performance. Such as fading, chalking, etc., but due to the long test time, generally not operability.
(2) Artificially accelerated aging: After the coating film is tested by an artificial aging tester, changes in the film, such as chalking and discoloration, are observed.
b) If the voltage is same as marked on nameplate;
c) If the fuse is correct;
e) If the Meter SN on the nameplate of sensor and transmitter are the same.
If everything is fine, please open all valves, make the pipeline full of liquid and then power on
the meter for warm-up for 20min before operation. Finally, conduct zero calibration after first
start, and shall do it again if the meter is moved to another site.
Preparation for zero calibration:
a) Power on the meter for approximately 20min for warm-up;
b) Run the process fluid through the sensor until the sensor temperature reaches the normal
process operating temperature.
c) Close the shutoff valve downstream from the sensor.
d) Ensure that the sensor is filled with fluid and the process flow has completely stopped.
